Binet 1660 produces premium French sea salt in Batz-sur-Mer. For centuries, salt workers have harvested the crystals by hand using traditional methods.
The wind and sun naturally form each crystal. The salt is then carefully drained and sorted to preserve its texture, minerals, and distinctive character.
In addition, Binet 1660 never blends or grinds its salts. As a result, each variety keeps its natural structure and delivers a clean, precise flavor.
